Remarks:

*Attendees are advised to come to the venue earlier for purchase of artiste merchandise. Otherwise, please arrive at least 1 hour before doors open for ticket check-in.

*Ticket holders will do a peatix check-in at the venue before queuing up.

*Tyvek wristbands will be given to ticket holders after check-in. Please wear the wristband at all times during the show. Once removed, you’d not be allowed in the venue.

*After check-in, please queue according to the following sequence (there will be guidance staff at the venue):

1. Early Bird 2-DAYS VIP Ticket holders #001 ~

2. 2-DAYS VIP Ticket holders #001 ~

3. Early Bird VIP Ticket holders #001 ~

4. VIP Ticket holders #001 ~

5. Early Bird Standard Ticket holders #001 ~

6. Standard Ticket holders #001 ~

*When doors open, please enter the theatre in the above sequence or upon guidance of our staff.

* It will be free seating in the allocated area (as shown in image above). Staff will be checking your wristband to make sure you are in the right area according to your ticket type. (Please note that there will be some seats labelled for organizers’ use.)

* Venue is seated, however, audience is allowed to stand up during performance.

*Tickets are non-transferable, cannot be resold.

*Peatix reserves the ticket(s) for a user while he/she is making payment. However, if the transaction fails (wrong credit card details, insufficient funds in your bank account, you get disconnected from your Internet etc.), Peatix will release these tickets back to the public for purchase. Hence, if you would like to buy a ticket, but see that the ticket category is sold out, you may wish to wait for a while as the tickets may go back on sale if another user does not manage to complete his/her purchase successfully.
